In order for us to give you the best possible service, we’d love to hear from you. There are various ways you can get in contact with us to provide feedback.
In the first instance, a concern or complaint can be raised with your clinician if you wish. Alternatively, you may feel more comfortable raising the concern with one of the Guiding Pathways co-directors;
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independentent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. If you are unhappy with how your complaint/concern is addressed, or if you don’t want to talk to Guiding Pathways you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safe Guards Commission;
