Travel costs for time are capped at 30 mins each way in metropolitan and larger rural and regional centres (MMM1-3 areas) and 60 mins each way in smaller rural and remote areas (MMM4-5 areas). Travel costs for labour will be apportioned between clients where a worker is travelling to provide services to more than one client in a ‘region’.

Costs for non-labour travel will be charged to the applicable funding lines as set out in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
