National Disability Insurance Agency Participants

All services at Guiding Pathways are charged at an hourly rate. These fees are consistent with the 2026-2027 NDIS Pricing Schedule.

Please note that Self-managing participants are not subject to the price limits or other pricing arrangements set out in the NDIS Pricing Schedule and its associated documents.

NDIS Psychology - $252.99

NDIS Cancellation Policy

Cancellations at short notice (where the participant has given less than 2 clear business days’ notice) will be charged at 100% of the total appointment cost including travel if applicable.

Non-attendance will be charged as a cancellation.

NDIS Travel Fees – Self Managed Participants

Travel – Labour Costs : Self Managed Participants

Practitioner’s time for travel to and from appointments outside of the clinic will be charged at your practitioner’s hourly rate for supports to the same funding line being used for therapy. Travel costs for time are capped at 30 mins each way in metropolitan and larger rural and regional centres (MMM1-3 areas) and 60 mins each way in smaller rural and remote areas (MMM4-5 areas). Travel costs for labour will be apportioned between clients where a worker is travelling to provide services to more than one client in a ‘region’.

Travel to locations outside of the clinic will also incur a non-labour travel charge of $0.99 per km. This may be charged both to and from your appointment. The non-labour travel charge is in addition to the labour travel charge of up to 30 minutes each way. Non-labour travel costs will be apportioned between clients where a worker is travelling to provide services to more than one client in a ‘region’.

Psychology

Your child may be eligible for a Mental Health Care plan which will provide a Medicare rebate for the session. You can discuss with your GP or Paediatrician if your child would be eligible.
